Tell us the query you used and what kind of result you expected. Please do not include private information. Search-result IDs and pseudonymous interaction data help us diagnose ranking issues.

Open Messages, enter a conversation, tap the plus button, choose More, then Memeoscopy. If it does not appear, restart Messages after installing or updating the main app.

Open Memeoscopy and go to Settings → Advanced → Delete Account. The app will confirm before permanently removing the account and associated application data.
